These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to all NBDP promotions, including

but not limited to live events, leaderboards, satellites, social media campaigns

and other promotional activities.

By entering or participating in any NBDP promotion, users agree to these Terms

and Conditions together with the promotion specific rules.

Our Terms and Policies apply in full to all promotions.

 

We reserve the right to make participation in any promotion conditional and only

accessible to select registered users, at our sole discretion.

An invitation to participate in any promotion does not entitle users to any claim

regarding eligibility for entry.

 

Each promotion may have its own specific rules, including but not limit to

duration, dates, times, deadlines, qualifying criteria, entry requirements, reentry

rules, leaderboard rules and winner selection method.

 

Live events may include a seat, package or other event related experience as

stated in the relevant promotion. Where a promotion allows to choose a live

event, the choice must be made from the eligible event list provided by NBDP.

The final choice must be approved by NBDP and may depend on availability,

registration deadlines, event terms and organizer’s requirements.

If a selected live event is cancelled, postponed, sold out or otherwise unavailable,

NBDP may but is under no obligation to offer a comparable alternative event.

 

Unless clearly stated otherwise, travel, accommodation, food, insurance, visas,

transport and personal expenses are not covered by NBDP.

The user is responsible for making sure they can attend any selected live event

and meet all travel, entry and identification requirements.

 

Users must respond to NBDP within the deadline stated in the promotion or within 7 days of being contacted by NBDP if no deadline is stated.

If a user does not respond in time, NBDP is free to choose another eligible

participant at its sole discretion.
