This document outlines the terms and conditions for purchases made on NoBigdealPoker and applications, including details on ordering, pricing, payment, delivery, returns, complaints, and warranties. It is governed by Estonian law and applies to all consumer transactions with Inverted Games OÜ.

1. Purchase Terms

1.1 These purchase terms apply when you, as a consumer, place orders with Inverted Games OÜ on NoBigdealPoker. By placing an order on NoBigdealPoker, you agree to the terms published at that time, as stated below, and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

1.2 When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. The confirmation contains all the details about products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact our customer support at support@nobigdealpoker.com.

1.3 When you place an order on NoBigdealPoker, a purchase agreement is entered into between you and Inverted Games OÜ. The agreement is in English.

Purchase agreements are archived and made available to the customer upon request. To make a purchase, you must accept these purchase terms. By completing a purchase, you accept Inverted Games OÜ purchase terms on NoBigdealPoker and applications and commit to the purchase terms in full.

You also confirm that you have read Inverted Games OÜ´s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describes how NoBigdealPoker processes your personal data. Read more about our Privacy Policy here.

1.4 To place an order on NoBigdealPoker, you must be at least 18 years old as we do not accept any purchases from individuals under 18 years old. We reserve the right, under certain circumstances, to modify or deny an order (e.g. if we suspect that the customer has provided incorrect personal information).

1.5 We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the sale of out-of-stock products. Examples include errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, content lists, instructions, incorrect prices, or incorrect information regarding product availability. This also includes incorrect prices resulting from manual handling errors or technical issues. NoBigdealPoker has the right to correct any inaccuracies and change the information at any time if errors are discovered. All images should primarily be seen as illustrations and may not accurately reflect the exact appearance of the product.

Inverted Games OÜ is not responsible for information provided by third parties, such as suppliers.

1.6 NoBigdealPoker as a store, website and application is owned by Inverted Games OÜ. The content on the website is owned by Inverted Games OÜ, our partners, or their licensors.

2. Prices

2.1 When ordering on NoBigdealPoker, the prices listed on the website at the time of the order apply. The prices are stated in multiple currencies.

In the checkout, you can see the total price including VAT, any fees, and deducted discounts. The prices do not include any shipping fees and payment fees, which are clearly stated separately before the customer completes the order.

2.2 Recommended prices refer to the regular prices that our suppliers recommend us to set.

2.3 “Lowest price in the last 30 days” refers to the lowest price that NoBigdealPoker has offered the product for sale within the 30 days preceding a price reduction. Campaign prices are indicated and calculated against the lowest price in the last 30 days for the respective product. The lowest price may refer to a lower regular price or a previous campaign price.

3. Campaigns and Offers

3.1 NoBigdealPoker may offer discount codes under some circumstances and for a limited time, which may involve more favorable prices or terms than those stated in these purchase terms. This could, for example, involve an extended right of withdrawal. Such conditions apply if the campaign or offer is ongoing and covers the specific goods included in the campaign or offer. We reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. Upon the conclusion or withdrawal of a campaign or offer, these purchase terms apply without changes. Offers on specific products apply for a limited time and while stocks last.

4. Payment Methods

4.1 The customer can pay using the options specified in connection with the order. To make payment as smooth and secure as possible. The terms of the customers chosen payment method apply.

4.2 Inverted Games OÜ reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods and to refuse customers to use certain payment methods for purchases, if we encounter technical difficulties or if the customer is not approved to use a specific payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 NoBigdealPoker cannot guarantee that delivery is possible to every country for all or any offered goods.

5.2 Orders received before noon are usually shipped on the same day. The delivery time is thereafter 5 working days depending on the chosen shipping method, country and postal code this can vary. Unfortunately, we cannot influence any delays with the shipping company. In the event of such delivery delays, we continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise agreed, and if a delivery is delayed to such an extent that both the customer and we deem it to be unreasonable and this is not due to you as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase. Certain charges depending on circumstances might still apply.

5.3 Please check that the delivery details such as address and phone number are correct before completing the purchase. It is not possible to change these details after the order has been placed & shipped. It is always your responsibility as the customer to ensure that you provide the correct details when completing the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must notify us at support@nobigdealpoker.com within 14 days after you have received the relevant goods. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with broken seals or other products such as virtual goods (e.g. Coin Bundles).

6.2 If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us about your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement via email at support@nobigdealpoker.com and include all information that has been provided to you about the specific order.

6.3 We will use the same payment method for the refund that was used for the purchase.

6.4 You must return the item to us without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

6.5 When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for both the return cost and ensuring that the item(s) are returned undamaged. You will therefore have to pay the direct costs of returning the item. The return shipping costs are estimated at approximately EURO 50 but may vary significantly in some cases depending on the package size. Please note that as the sender of the return package, you are responsible for ensuring that the items have reached us – therefore, we recommend that you send the items in a trackable and insured manner. You are responsible for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

6.6 The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in substantially unchanged condition. As a customer, you have the right to examine the item or items, but you may not break seals or try the product as it cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal ceases once you break the seal. The seal also includes technical seals.

7. Return and Complaint Instructions

7.1 Please contact customer service at support@nobigdealpoker.com before returning an item, for instructions. If you want to make a complaint about a shipment, it is important that you have saved the original packaging and the product packaging. The packaging should be photographed and sent to us upon request so that we can investigate the matter further.

7.2 If you want to complain about a damaged item, please contact us immediately after discovering the fault. Include the order number, item number, and a detailed description of the damage in the email to support@nobigdealpoker.com. Also include a photograph showing the damage. For the complaint to be approved, the fault must be original (i.e., it was there when the product was delivered). Complaints are not approved if the defect is due to wear and tear or incorrect handling. Please note that no returns are accepted for allergies or sensitivity. If the complaint is approved, you will receive further instructions for handling and the return address by email.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not responsible for any indirect damage that may occur due to the product.

8.2 We do not take responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, natural disasters, labor disputes, civil unrest, fires, floods, wars, armed conflicts, government decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from the supplier, or similar events.

8.3 We also take no responsibility for any changes to a product’s characteristics due to the supplier and other factors beyond our control.
