NBDP Promotions Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to NBDP promotions, including but not limited to live event promotions, leaderboard campaigns, satellites, social media giveaways, raffles, prize draws, competitions and other promotional activities.

By entering or participating in any NBDP promotion, players agree to these Terms and Conditions together with any promotion specific rules published by NBDP.

1. Eligibility

Promotions are open only to players from eligible countries as determined by NBDP.

Players must be at least 18 years old to participate.

NBDP may require account verification, proof of age, proof of identity and proof of residence before awarding any prize.

Players who are not eligible, fail verification or breach NBDP rules may be disqualified and may forfeit any prize.

2. Promotion Specific Rules

Each promotion may have its own specific rules, including dates, times, entry requirements, prize details, winner selection method, leaderboard rules, re entry rules, deadlines and qualifying criteria.

Promotion specific rules will be published on the relevant promotion page, tournament lobby, social media post, email or other official NBDP communication.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and promotion specific rules, the promotion specific rules will apply for that promotion.

3. Live Event Promotions

Live event promotions may include SeatOnly satellites, Package satellites, leaderboard campaigns, Road to WSOPC promotions and other live event related campaigns.

Live event prizes may include a seat, package or other event related value as stated in the relevant promotion.

Where a promotion allows the winner to choose a live event, the choice must be made from the eligible event list published by NBDP.

The final choice must be approved by NBDP and may depend on availability, registration deadlines, event terms and organizer requirements.

If a selected live event is cancelled, postponed, sold out or otherwise unavailable, NBDP may offer a reasonable alternative event or prize of similar value.

4. Social Media Giveaways, Raffles and Online Competitions

NBDP may run giveaways, raffles, prize draws and other competitions through its website, email, community channels, social media channels or other online platforms.

All such promotions are run and administered by NBDP unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Social media platforms and third party channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Discord and Telegram, are not responsible for NBDP promotions and do not sponsor, endorse, administer or take responsibility for them.

Entry is open only to eligible participants aged 18 or over and from eligible countries.

Winners may be selected by draw, judged criteria, leaderboard result, correct answer, random selection or any other method stated in the promotion specific rules.

NBDP may require winners to respond within a stated deadline and complete any required verification before a prize is awarded.

NBDP’s decision is final in all matters relating to eligibility, valid entries, winner selection, prize allocation and disputes.

5. Prizes

Prizes are awarded as described in the relevant promotion.

Prizes cannot be converted into coins, cash, account credit, tournament tickets or any other alternative value unless explicitly approved by NBDP.

Prizes are non refundable and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred except where expressly allowed by NBDP.

NBDP reserves the right to replace a prize with another prize of similar value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

6. Prize Transfer

A winner may request to transfer a prize to another NBDP member only where this is allowed by NBDP.

Any transfer must be approved by NBDP in writing.

The receiving member must be eligible, at least 18 years old and able to complete any required verification.

Prizes may not be sold, auctioned or transferred for commercial gain.

7. Travel and Expenses

Unless clearly stated otherwise, travel, accommodation, food, insurance, visas, transport and personal expenses are not included.

The winner is responsible for making sure they can attend any selected live event and meet all travel, entry and identification requirements.

8. Winner Response Deadline

Winners must respond to NBDP within the deadline stated in the promotion or within 7 days of being contacted by NBDP if no deadline is stated.

If a winner does not respond in time, NBDP may cancel the prize or award it to another eligible participant at its discretion.

9. Fair Play and Account Rules

Participants must follow all NBDP rules and promotion rules.

Multi accounting, collusion, chip dumping, soft play, use of prohibited tools, VPN abuse, fraudulent activity, false information, duplicate entries where not allowed or any attempt to manipulate a promotion may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

NBDP may review gameplay, account activity, entry history and promotion participation before confirming any prize.

10. Technical Issues

NBDP is not responsible for internet issues, device issues, connection problems, platform outages, social media errors, missed notifications or other technical problems outside its control.

If a tournament, leaderboard, raffle, giveaway or promotion is affected by a technical error, NBDP may pause, cancel, amend, replay, redraw or settle the promotion in a fair and reasonable way.

11. Third Party Organizer and Platform Disclaimer

NBDP is responsible for running and administering its own promotions.

Live event organizers, venues, social media platforms, community platforms and other third party channels are not responsible for NBDP promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Participation in any live event is also subject to the rules, terms and conditions of the relevant event organizer and venue.

12. Changes and Cancellation

NBDP may amend, suspend or cancel a promotion if necessary due to technical issues, event changes, legal restrictions, operational reasons, suspected abuse or circumstances outside NBDP’s control.

Any changes will be communicated as clearly as possible.

13. Final Decision

NBDP’s decision is final in all matters relating to promotion eligibility, qualification, entries, standings, winner selection, prize allocation, transfers, disputes and rule interpretation.

One thing I would add before publishing: get this checked once by whoever handles your legal setup, especially because “raffles” can be regulated differently depending on country. For everyday wording, this is strong enough as a general promo TC base.
