By participating in any tournament on this platform, you agree to the following rules, which are enforced by our software and monitored by our integrity team.

1. General Tournament Procedures

  • Seat Assignment: Seats are assigned randomly by the software. Seat changes are not permitted unless directed by the auto-balancing system.
  • The Clock: Tournaments begin at the scheduled time.
Registration remains open during the “Late Registration” period as indicated in the tournament lobby.
  • Blinds and Antes: Blind levels increase according to the structure displayed in the lobby. All players are responsible for having enough chips to cover the blinds and/or antes.
  • Elimination: A player is eliminated when they lose all their chips. In the event of two or more players being eliminated in the same hand, the player who started the hand with more chips will be ranked higher.

2. Table Balancing & Breaking

  • Table Breaking: As players are eliminated, tables are “broken” to consolidate the remaining field. Players moved to a new table will be dealt in immediately, unless they are seated between the small blind and the button.
  • Balancing: The software automatically moves players from the table with the most players to the table with the least to maintain parity.
  • Dead Button: To ensure fairness in posting blinds, the “Dead Button” rule is used. If a player is eliminated in the small blind or button position, the button may appear to stay in the same place or move to an empty seat to ensure no player misses a big blind or posts back-to-back big blinds.

3. Play Logic & Hand Conduct

  • Time Bank: Each player is allotted a specific amount of time to act.
  • If a player fails to act within the allotted time, the “Time Bank” will automatically activate. If the Time Bank is exhausted, the hand is folded and the player is set to “Sit Out.”
  • Heads-Up Play: During heads-up play, the player on the button posts
the small blind and acts first pre-flop, but acts last on all subsequent
    betting rounds.
  • All-In Situations: In a tournament “all-in and call” situation where no further betting is possible, all involved players’ cards will be automatically turned face-up.

4. Specific Tournament Formats

FormatSpecific Rule
Bounty / KOA portion of the buy-in is placed on your head. You collect a bounty only by winning the hand that eliminates another player.
Re-EntryIf eliminated during the late registration period, you may re-purchase a starting stack. You will be treated as a new player and assigned a new seat.
Add-OnsAvailable only during the designated break. Players may purchase additional chips regardless of their current stack size.
Synchronized BreaksAll tournaments will go on break at 55 minutes past the hour, regardless of when the individual tournament started.

5. Disconnections and Sitting Out

  • Sitting Out: Players who “Sit Out” will continue to be dealt cards and must still post blinds and antes. Their hands will be folded immediately upon their turn to act.
  • Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection, the software will wait for the player’s time bank to expire before folding the hand. We are not responsible for losses resulting from a player’s internet connection issues.
  • Server Issues: If a tournament is cancelled due to a technical server failure, the prize pool will be distributed according to our Refund Policy (typically a mix of equal distribution and chip-count-based distribution).

6. Integrity and Fair Play

Multi-Accounting: Players may only use one account per tournament. Using multiple accounts to enter the same tournament is a violation of the Terms of Service.

Soft Play & Collusion: Players must play to win and are prohibited from “soft playing” (refraining from betting against a friend/partner). Collusion of any kind will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of funds.

Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing chips to another player is strictly prohibited.
