Prices

2.1 When ordering on NoBigDealPoker.com, the prices listed on the website at the time of the order apply. Our prices on NoBigDealPoker.com are stated in USD, US Dollar. In the checkout, you can see the total price including VAT, any fees, and deducted discounts. The prices do not include any shipping fees and payment fees, which are clearly stated separately before the customer completes the order.

2.2 Recommended prices refer to the regular prices that our suppliers recommend us to set, and a consumer would normally expect to pay for the product in a physical store in Sweden. Payment Method

4.1 The customer can pay in the ways specified in connection with the order. To make payment as smooth and secure as possible, we collaborate with Nets. PokerEvent Sweden AB reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods and to change the selected payment method if it does not work at the time of order or if the customer is not approved for the chosen payment method. When selecting an invoice as the payment method, the invoice will be sent by email to the email address provided during the order.

Shipping and Delivery

5.1 NoBigDealPoker.com delivers worldwide.
5.2 Orders received before noon are usually shipped the same day. The delivery time is thereafter 1-3 working days depending on the chosen shipping method and postal code. Unfortunately, we cannot influence any delays with the shipping company. In the event of such delivery delays, we continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise agreed, and if a delivery is unreasonably delayed and this is not due to you as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

5.3 Please check that the delivery details such as address and phone number are correct before completing the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change these details after the order has been packed & shipped. It is always your responsibility as the customer to ensure that you provide the correct details when completing the order.
Right of Withdrawal

6.1 If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must notify us within 14 days after you have received the relevant products. You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason by notifying us at info@NoBigDealPoker.com. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with broken seals that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

6.4 You must return the item to us without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

You will therefore have to pay the direct costs of returning the item. The return shipping costs are estimated at approximately SEK 50 but may vary significantly in some cases depending on the package size. Please note that as the sender of the return package, you are responsible for ensuring that the items have reached us – therefore, we recommend that you send the items in a trackable and insured manner. You are responsible for any diminished value of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.

6.6 The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is in substantially unchanged condition. As a customer, you have the right to examine the item or items, but you may not break seals or try the product as it cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal ceases once you break the seal. The seal also includes technical seals.

If you want to make a complaint about a shipment, it is important that you have saved the original packaging and the product packaging. The packaging should be photographed and sent to us upon request so that we can investigate the matter further.

7.1 If you want to complain about a damaged item, please contact us immediately after discovering the fault. Warranty 8.1 A 1-year warranty applies to all of our products. Some products are also covered by a longer manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover wear and tear damage, nor incorrect handling. A product complaint must be made within a reasonable time from when the fault was discovered. If a complaint is made within 2 months of when the fault was discovered, the complaint is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

9.2 We do not take responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or absent deliveries from the supplier, or similar events.
